A man in Florida is accused of killing his estranged wife, whose remains are still missing, police said.
On Nov. 12, family members alerted the Broward County Sheriff’s Office that 39-year-old Mimose Dulcio hadn’t been seen in a couple of days.
Investigators determined the case was suspicious and spoke to her husband, 36-year-old Jose Luis Pacheco, according to the sheriff’s office. He said he had not heard from or seen her in a couple of days. The two were in the process of getting a divorce.

Authorities got a search warrant for their shared vehicle. They determined that Dulcio had been murdered in their home and then transported in the vehicle to an unknown location.
Her remains have not been found.
Police arrested Pacheco on Nov. 14 and he was charged with second-degree murder. No motive has been released in the case.
