Breanta Johnson, 21, was initially charged with attempted homicide, but she pleaded guilty to first-degree reckless injury on March 22, WITI reported.

An argument in the restaurant reportedly broke out over a missing hamburger. Breanta Johnson told investigators that she went out to her truck and got her gun after arguing with Rodriguez. She then punched him in the face, knocking him to the ground. She also admitted to kicking Rodriguez, according to authorities.

Breanta initially didn’t admit to the shooting, but her twin sister, Bryanna Johnson, was identified as the shooter, officials said.
