It has been reported that one of the suspects did not like the victim speaking to his girlfriend. Moreover, some of the suspects, according to the victim, allegedly confirmed that the attack was planned.

The incident happened on February 19, according to the Travis County Sheriff’s Office. That day, the victim left with three suspects and went to a gas station across the road. From there, they took the victim to a home on Farm to Market Road 969, where the fourth suspect was waiting for them.

Upon arrival, things escalated quickly. According to the affidavit, the victim said one of the suspects held him at gunpoint, while the other three tied his hands and feet with duct tape and covered his mouth. They hit him with aluminum bats and a walking cane, while the four boys took turns holding him at gunpoint.

Additionally, the victim was forced to drink alcohol, burned, and threatened with being killed if he tried to report the incident to police. They also threatened to hurt his family if he went to police. Later, they took him to a different location, where he was left alone. He then went to a bus stop and reported the incident.
