A suspect shot a victim, then ran over the person as they died, according to a report.
This week, police announced the arrest of Kheirollah Amani in connection to the case, according to KTVK.
Around 3:15 p.m. on May 28, Amani drove to a strip mall and pulled into the parking lot. Surveillance video showed John Kearns, 56, getting out of a car and approaching Amani’s driver’s side door, according to KTVK.
That is when the suspect shot him, the report noted. Amani allegedly drove away and ran over Kearns as he left the lot.
