According to Frankie Stigger, Phillip’s niece, she believes more people are involved in her uncle’s death, but she is happy and relieved Coleman was arrested, KATV reported.

Coleman was charged with first-degree murder in connection to the death of Phillips and was transported to the Saline County Jail to await extradition to Stuttgart, Arkansas, police said.

Officials said Coleman has a lengthy criminal past and he will be booked into the Arkansas County Jail.
