Taylor was arrested on April 9, 2025, at a large parking lot known as “the panyard” in Northwest Baltimore. Officers used a surveillance camera to monitor his activity and observed him engaging in hand-to-hand drug transactions after arriving at the parking lot.
During one exchange, he removed an object from his waistband and placed it inside a pizza box on top of a recycling bin. Taylor was then arrested. Law enforcement agents recovered a handgun loaded with a magazine containing 12 rounds of ammunition.
