Dad Beat His Daughter After She Spent School Book Fair Money On Snacks: Report

A dad abused his 10-year-old child after she spent money meant for the school book fair on snacks, according to a report.
This week, police in San Antonio, Texas, arrested Agyei Kobins Core on a charge of injury to a child with intent to cause bodily injury, according to KSAT.
The incident allegedly happened on Sept. 20, according to KSAT. The victim, Gore’s daughter, told school officials days later she was scared. They saw she and bruising to both arms and face and swelling to her leg.

The child told police Gore gave her money for the school’s book fair, according to the report. Instead of buying books, she bought snacks.
When she went home, Gore saw the books were not ones she bought, according to KSAT. The 10-year-old confessed to her dad to buying snacks. Then, he got upset and assaulted her.
The child’s aunt also helped in the attack, according to police.
