Fight Between Two Brothers In Kentucky Leads To Murder, Police Say

A Kentucky man is accused of murdering his brother after the two got into an argument, authorities said.
Just after 4 p.m. on Dec. 2, Bailey Smith, 56, got into the fight with his older sibling, identified as Grant Smith, and allegedly shot him to death at a London residence and fled, police said.
Authorities took Bailey Smith into custody around 10:30 the following evening in connection with the deadly incident.

A short time later, the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office said, K-9 Deputy Brian France and his dog, Maverick, located the apparent murder weapon near the Pittsburg cemetery near where the murder occurred.
There was no word on what the argument was over.
The murder suspect was booked into the Laurel County Detention Center.
