A man was found dead in a California house fire, and now a 61-year-old man faces charges.
This week, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office in California announced the arrest of Tyrone Gregory, 61, in connection to the case.
Police have released few details on the case. But they did say around 1:40 a.m. on Dec. 18, responders were called to a structure fire.
Once the fire was put out, a dead man was found inside, according to the sheriff’s office. The name of the victim has not been released.
Three other people were inside at the time of the fire but escaped and survived.
Authorities arrested Gregory and charged him with voluntary manslaughter. He was booked into a California jail.
