Officials said he drove through the parking lot in an aggressive manner while trying to hit a customer standing in front of the business.

However, Sloan only ran over the foot of that person, but instead struck another victim, who he knew and was with in the bar with that night, according to authorities.

The victim was taken to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries, cops said.

Sloan drove a dark-colored Porsche Panamera and he was later stopped for speeding by a California Highway Patrol officer, officials said.

He was originally booked for a DUI, but Santa Monica detectives arrested him and he was also charged with murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
