California ‘Party Mom’ Busted Over Alcohol-Fueled Wild Teen Parties

A mother from Northern California has been convicted of multiple felonies, including hosting s----- parties for underage high school students. Several testified in court detailing the events at the parties organized by the woman.
Shannon O’ Connor has been convicted on more than 60 counts across 48 felony charges.
The woman has been identified as Shannon O’ Connor. Connor was convicted on more than 60 counts across 48 felony charges. Charges include child endangerment, sexual battery, providing alcohol to minors, and others. Connor’s sentencing is scheduled for March 26 as she faces up to 30 years in prison.
Additionally charges include annoying or molesting a child, dissuading witnesses from testifying, and facilitating the sexual assault of one child forcibly onto another. During the trial, 41 witnesses testified, including 20 young adults.

More than a dozen high school students testified about the parties Connor hosted. Many testimonies indicated that her son also attended the parties. Witnesses said Connor watched as teenagers engaged in lewd acts. The parties took place at her house in Los Gatos and at vacation rentals throughout 2020-21 school year.
Many teenagers who were invited to the parties Connor organised were reportedly Los Gatos High School freshmen, who were also friends with her son.
Most students were 14-year-olds at the time they attended the alcohol-fueled gatherings. Deputy District Court Attorney described the events as chaotic alcohol-soaked benders. Girsls testified that O'Connor pressured and encouraged teenagers to 'hook-up', and boys s------- assaulted them.
Connor’s attorney, Stephan Prekoski, said, “She said some things to me as the verdicts were progressing that made me understand that she was deeply disappointed in the decision.”
“It is important to recognize the victims who testified and their families, their parents, who supported them during this very difficult ordeal,” said Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen, as reported by KTLA.
