74-Year-Old Accused Of Killing Person She Took A Restraining Order Against. Here's Why She Faces A Murder Charge.

Months after a 51-year-old man was found dead in a shooting, police said they arrested a 74-year-old woman in the case.
Around 12:40 a.m., police in Oakley, California, responded to a shooting. When they arrived, officers found Ruben Ortiz, 51, dead from multiple gunshot wounds.
Investigators said the shooting happened at the front door and Ortiz had a restraining order against him. Judith Goodner, 74, had taken out the protection request.
Police later learned that the two were in an intimidate relationship that was not accurately reported the night of the shooting. Goodner also picked Ortiz and brought him back to her home shortly before the shooting.
Goodner statement did not align with the fact and police arrested her.
On Sept. 17, Oakley police charged her with murder.
