Detectives identified Sanchez as a suspect and she was arrested on Dec. 23 in Bakersfield, California, police said. She was charged with one count of homicide.
Investigators have not said how the victim died or released a motive for the alleged homicide. Rogers and Sanchez were in a relationship, police said.
