Teacher's Assistant Accused Of Inappropriate Contact With 12-Year-Old Student, Police Warn There Could Be More Victims

A teacher’s assistant is accused of sending sexual messages to a pre-teen student, and police say there could be more victims.
On July 13, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office in California announced the arrest of Kevin Juarez, 22. He was charged with misdemeanor annoying or molesting a minor.
He was booked into jail and released with a citation and court appearance order.

Deputies said Juarez worked as a noontime assistant at an elementary school in the Fresno area. His job was to supervise students while teachers took their lunch break.
Juarez is accused of having inappropriate conversations with a 12-year-old girl and sending her messages on social media.
