California school band teacher accused of having sex with minor, police say there may be more victims

A California band teacher is accused of having sex with a minor and police say there may be more victims.
Daniel James Baudino, 38, was arrested on Nov.1 after an investigation about events that happened between June 2016 and August 2016, according to Turlock police. At that time, Baudino was a teacher at Turlock High School. He is now a teacher at Turlock Junior High School.
He is currently on paid administrative leave, police said.

A victim reported the incident to police and officers learned there was a 15-year-age gap between Baudino and the victim, according to Turlock police.
The teacher was arrested as his school this week. He was charged with five counts of having unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and four counts of oral copulation with a minor. He was booked into the Stanislaus County jail.
