A dispute between two colleagues ended with a fatal shooting in the parking lot at their workplace in Michigan, authorities said.
On Oct. 21 around 7 a.m., Malik Lashawn Dixon-Lynch, 25, and Ralph Scott, 27, were in the parking lot of the LG Electronics facility in Hazel Park when they began to argue, WDIV reported.
Gunfire erupted during the dispute, and Scott was struck and killed. There was no word on what the dispute was over.
“Authorities were immediately called, and operations were stopped,” LG Electronics said about the deadly incident.
Police arrested Dixon-Lynch, and he faces charges of homicide, assault with a dangerous weapon, and two felony firearm violations.
