D4vd’s Arrest On Brutal Murder Charges Of Teenage Girl Uncovers Shocking Details

David Anthony Burke put behind bars over alleged murder of teenage girl
Social media influencer and singer David Anthony Burke was arrested on the grounds of being involved in the murder of a teenage girl. The decomposing and dismembered remains of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s body were found inside the trunk of a Tesla car registered in the name of D4vd.
On April 20, the American singer made his first court appearance as the murder trial began. The Los Angeles District Court Attorney charged D4vd with murder for financial gain and murder of a witness to an investigation.
Prosecutors Allege Victim Was Murdered Willfully
The autopsy report from the coroner’s office for Celeste Rivas Hernandez has not been released, even after the murder trial began. As a result, defense attorneys for David Burke are seeking an immediate and open preliminary hearing to make details of the sealed report public.
Meanwhile, prosecutors allege in court filings that the singer carried out a willful killing of the teenager. They claim Hernandez may have accidentally become a witness to a crime and was intentionally killed by the 21-year-old artist.
Prosecutors also allege that the victim had threatened to expose that she was being s---ally abused by the singer while she was a minor. Fearing the potential impact on his career, the singer allegedly decided to kill the teenager using a sharp instrument.

D4vd Denies Committing Murder
At his first court appearance, defense attorneys for David Burke said they requested a preliminary hearing. They cited social media reports alleging that a grand jury had been convened in the case early on.
Burke has denied murdering Celeste Rivas Hernandez, but his denial has raised questions about the victim’s cause of death. Some analysts suggest the defendant may be attempting to shift blame to another individual.
Angle Of Third Person Involvement
Some legal experts have suggested that the alleged plan to kill the teenager and mutilate her body may not have been carried out by David Burke alone. They say such an act would be unlikely for a 21-year-old to execute without assistance and that another individual may have been involved.
There have also been reports that multiple witnesses appeared before the grand jury in the case. If accurate, these developments could play a role in the grand jury proceedings.
Among the witnesses who testified, some were described as non-cooperative. According to Rich Schoenstein, this can occur when individuals may be connected to the crime or have ties to the defendant.
Victim’s Family Responds To D4vd’s Arrest
On April 21, the Hernandez family issued their first public statement after the accused singer D4vd got arrested. They demanded justice for their lost daughter while expressing gratitude for the steps taken so far by the LAPD and the District Attorney’s Office.
An excerpt from their statement read, “Celeste was a beautiful, strong girl who loved to sing and dance. Every Friday night was movie night, and we spent wonderful times together. We love her very much, and she always told us that she loved us. We miss her deeply. All we want is justice for Celeste."
