A Dallas man was found with gunshot wounds outside his apartment and police say the man responsible has been charged with murder.
On May 18, Dallas police responded to a shooting call around 2:45 a.m., according to the police department.
When officers arrived, they found the victim Victor Suarez, 35, lying on the ground next to the front door of an apartment and having a gunshot wound, police said.
