Two women have been arrested in connection to the shooting of a juvenile in Denver, police said.
On March 7, Denver police responded to Welton Street for a report of a shooting. When police arrived, they found a juvenile with a gunshot wound.
The name of the victim has not been released.
The victim was taken to the hospital, where she was later pronounced dead, according to Denver police.
This week police announced the arrest of Shardae Rideaux, who faces a count of first-degree murder. Gabrielle James was also arrested and she faces a count of accessory to a crime.
Police have not released details in case such as a possible motive of if the suspects knew the victim.
