‘Extremely Dangerous’ Florida High School Coach Allegedly Filmed Students In Sex Act Through Two-Way Window: Cops
A Florida high school sports coach was arrested after allegedly filming two teens engaged in a sex act and then demanding the female student perform sex acts on him, officials said.
On Feb. 14, Yuniesky Ramirez-Martinez, 37, allegedly approached two students at Downtown Doral Charter Upper School and asked the female student if she was going to perform oral sex on the other student, WFOR-TV reported.
After allegedly telling the students they could use a private room to “do whatever they want,” he took them to a TV production room in the school and told them they could “do it” in there and he would wait in an adjacent room, which happened to have a two-way window, officials said.
Video footage from the room allegedly showed Ramirez-Martinez recording the teens on his phone through that two-way window, according to WFOR-TV.
He then went into the adjacent room and gave one of the teens a “fist bump” and encouraged them to “not fall in love because they are too young,” officials said.
The following school day, he allegedly approached the female student and told her he saw what she had done with the other student and now wanted her to do the same act with him, WTVJ reported. When the student informed him she was under 18, he allegedly replied that he “likes minors like her," police claimed.
After she refused him, police said he allegedly continued to ask her and even threatened her, saying he would tell the other teen they were having sex if she didn’t have sex with him.

On Feb. 17, the student went to her principal, Kim Ortiz, about the allegations against Ramirez-Martinez.
"Mr. Ramirez was immediately terminated as an employee with Downtown Doral Charter Upper School and has not been on school grounds since the initial report," Ortiz said.

On Feb. 20, Ramirez-Martinez was arrested and booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $40,000 bond.
He was charged with offense against students by an authority figure, solicitation of a child to engage in an act that constitutes sexual battery by a custodial authority, and promoting a sexual performance by a child.
Doral Police Chief Edwin Lopez called Ramirez-Martinez, who was also a part-time security monitor at the school, “extremely dangerous” and said he was “preying on” and “taking advantage of students."
