Florida man arrested after he allegedly exposed himself to an underage girl on bus

A Florida man has been arrested after he allegedly exposed himself to a young girl on the bus and committed a sexual act in front of her.

Lionel Thompson, 34, a transient sex offender, was arrested just before 7 p.m. on Feb. 4, according to FOX 13.

According to police, Johnson sat near the victim at a bus shelter in St. Petersburg, Florida, shortly before 4 p.m. on Feb. 4, FOX 13 reported.

When the bus arrived, the victim got on and sat in the back while Thompson sat near her but in front of her, according to FOX 13.

Police say Thompson pulled down his shorts and underwear and began performing a sex act on himself while staring at the underage victim, FOX 13 reported.

The victim, who was on the phone with a friend at the time, relayed what was going on “in disbelief,” according to FOX 13.

She told police she did not watch him and left the bus as soon as possible, FOX 13 reported.

Thompson is facing charges of exposure of sexual organs and violation of probation-sexual battery on a child under the age of 12, according to FOX 13.
