Mom Did Not Seek Care Soon After Child's Fall, Causing The 7-Year-Old's Death, Police Say

A mom faces charges after the death of her 7-year-old child, according to reports.
Last week, Orlando police arrested 28-year-old Viviana Roig Caballero, in connection to the death of her 7-year-old daughter, according to WFLA.
In May, Orlando police responded to a report of a dead victim at the hospital.

Caballero brought her daughter to the hospital with severe swelling on her legs and trouble breathing, according to the report.
Police did not reveal many details in the case but said the child’s injuries happened during a fall and Caballero did not seek medical attention until it was too late, according to WFLA.
Caballero was taken into custody last week and charged with aggravated manslaughter.
