Donut Do That: Florida Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Teen Who ‘Was Out Of His Mind From Marijuana’ In Dunkin’ Parking Lot

A Florida man has been arrested after he allegedly sexually assaulted a teenager while they were doing drugs in a Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot, according to authorities.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, deputies started investigating the incident after the 15-year-old alleged victim reported he was “sexually battered” by 40-year-old Roger Cooke, an ex-drug dealer he was buying vape carts from.

The incident took place in either September or November of 2021, in a Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot in Boca Raton, according to the arrest report.

Cooke drove up to the parking lot in a blue BMW sedan and asked the boy if he wanted to stay and hang out, KTXS reported.

The teen did think it was kind of weird since Cooke was in his thirties, but he decided to stay anyway and smoked in Cooke’s car, the arrest report stated.

Then the teen claimed Cooke wanted to receive oral sex and pushed his head down. The teen refused at first, but Cooke kept pushing his head down. He said he “was out of his mind from the marijuana” and couldn’t move, according to KTXS.

The victim told police he performed oral sex on Cooke for what he thought to be 45 minutes, court records show.

According to KTXS, deputies made a controlled call between Cooke and the teenager last month, almost a year and a half after the incident took place.

The teen stated he was upset about what happened because he isn’t gay, according to the arrest report. Cooke said the alleged victim told him he was in the beginning and that the boy had done things with other guys.

Deputies used that information and determined Cooke engaged in sexual activity with a person “12 years of age or older but less than 16 years of age by having [the 15-year-old boy] perform oral sex on him.”

Cooke was arrested and charged with lewd or lascivious battery and contributing to the delinquency of a child, officials said.
