Jose Miguel Ortiz, 29, shot a woman who was driving a Lexus sedan in the parking lot of the apartment complex on Feb.7, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

The gunshot caused the woman to crash her car and strike the teen boy, authorities said. The boy died from his injuries.
