Florida Pastor Exposed Himself Then Performed A Sex Act While On The Patio Of A Starbucks, Police say

A pastor in Florida is accused of getting naked and performing a sex act on the patio of a Starbucks, police said.
On May 9, deputies from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to a Starbucks in Kissimmee, Florida. There, investigators determined Enginio Dali Muniz-Colon was a suspect in a lewdness case.
Witnesses said Muniz-Colon exposed his genitals and then performed the sex act on the patio, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Detectives also learned he had similar previous charges at the same location.
On June 27, deputies arrested Muniz-Colon and charged him with exposure of sexual organs. He is being held in a Florida jail on $1,000 bond.
Muniz-Colon is a pastor in the area and teaches online ministry classes, according to the sheriff’s office.
