Police Arrest Woman, Teenage Boy Accused of Murder After Man Fatally Shot During Fight at Florida Strip Mall

Two people are in custody in connection with the death of a man who was killed during a fight in Florida, police said.

Janice Franklin, 36, and 17-year-old Tishawn Johnson, 17, were identified as suspects in the case after Jacksonville police reviewed evidence and spoke with witnesses, WJXT reported.

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, Franklin and Johnson each face a murder charge in connection with the shooting of the victim at a strip mall.

Officials said he had been in a fight with two other men when the deadly incident occurred.

Police did not release further details about the ongoing investigation.
