Facey and the woman, who was not identified, allegedly had been involved in an affair for over years, KOB-TV reported, citing police.

Officials said the couple was sitting together in Facey’s black Nissan Titan truck when the woman’s husband, Guadalupe Maldonado, drove up with his friend and confronted his wife.

The woman reportedly told Facey to leave, but Maldonado stepped in front of the truck. Facey then allegedly accelerated and struck Maldonado, running over him with the truck, according to police.

Maldonado’s wife and his friend transported him to an urgent care facility, where he was pronounced dead shortly before midnight.
