Duo Forced Their Way Inside, Boosted Electronics From Georgia Church, Police Say

Two people are accused of stealing electronics from a Georgia church and now face criminal charges.
This week, the Butts County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Brandon Ware and Alyssa Allen.
On Aug. 6, deputies responded to Macedonia Baptist Church in Jackson, Georgia, for a forced-entry burglary, according to the sheriff’s office.

Deputies determined numerous electronics were taken from the church, according to the sheriff’s office. Investigators identified a suspected vehicle and spotted it a short time later.
Deputies stopped the vehicle and found Ware and Allen inside. There were also items taken from the church, according to the sheriff’s office.
Both were charged with two counts of burglary. Ware was free on bonds in other countries in connection to suspected burglaries.
