When police arrived, Bernie Mack was still at the scene, and he was taken in to custody. He now faces two counts of malice murder, two counts of felony murder and a host of other charges in connection to the incident.

Police believe an argument between Bridget Mack and Bernie Mack led up to her death. The nature of that argument is still under investigation.
