Teacher, Who Accused Men of Being Creepy, Arrested for Alleged Assault on Minor

Danielle Weaver, who was arrested on February 18, previously complained online about the “creepy” behavior of men.
A 29-year-old teacher from Lee County High School in Georgia, Danielle Weaver, was apprehended after the institution received reports she had inappropriate s------ contact with a minor student, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
Danielle Weaver, who was arrested on February 18, previously complained online about the “creepy” behavior of men. She discussed in a TikTok video about an interaction with a stranger who asked her for a vape.
“Okay, I just need to know something for a minute – why do men have to be so creepy sometimes?” she said in the video, according to the New York Post.
Weaver’s husband, Caleb, filed for divorce and has been granted temporary custody of their two daughters, according to court records obtained by The Post. He said that their relationship was “irretrievably broken”, according to court documents.
Danielle Weaver, 29, had earlier complained on TikTok about how "creepy" men were.
School’s Statement
Even though investigators did not disclose full details from the case, school district officials stated in early February that there was an “ongoing legal investigation” at the high school’s freshman campus.
The school confirmed on February 5 that a staff member involved “is no longer working for the district”.
“Upon discovering the allegations, school and district leadership acted immediately to ensure the safety and well-being of students, as well as to conduct a thorough investigation,” the statement concluded, without naming Weaver.
Weaver, who turned herself in on February 18, was charged with child molestation and improper s------ contact by an employee, agent or foster parent.
The investigation into the case is ongoing. Once complete, the case file will be forwarded to the Southwestern Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
Caleb Weaver was granted sole possession of their home — which the accused is barred from entering unless visiting the kids. He is seeking permanent custody and child support, as per court filings.
In an unrelated case, Georgia authorities arrested a Rabun County High School employee after obtaining warrants tied to allegations of inappropriate contact with a minor.
Ashleigh Wilson, 26, of Clayton, was taken into custody on February 26 and charged with aggravated child molestation, child molestation, grooming of a minor, and sexual exploitation of a child, according to WJCL News. Investigators said the Rabun County Board of Education requested a probe into claims involving improper physical contact and electronic communication with a student.
Wilson, a cafeteria worker, was identified as the suspect. Officials said the investigation is ongoing and no further details will be released at this time.
