Around 3 a.m. on Jan. 10, Kaitlin O’Donovan, 27, and 29-year-old Sarah Franks went to the man’s apartment in Clearwater, Florida, and began arguing with him while he was standing on his fenced-in balcony, WFLA reported, citing a Pinellas County arrest affidavit.

According to the affidavit, the fight escalated, and the two women allegedly threw a container filled with glitter at the man, striking him in the head and torso.

Franks is accused of then climbing over the man’s balcony, entering his apartment, and throwing more glitter containers at him, police said.

Police said Frank next unlocked the door to the residence. O’Donovan, the affidavit claims, allegedly entered and threw additional glitter containers at the victim.

Police later found glitter in Frank’s car, and she and O’Donovan were taken into custody. They were each charged with felony burglary with assault or battery. Franks faces an additional misdemeanor count of criminal mischief for allegedly breaking a window while leaving the scene.
