A viral clip shows a Tennessee man using slurs against a Black man and proudly mentioning the Ku Klux Klan before hiding after realizing he was being recorded.

"He reclined that seat so fast," a Facebook user wrote, reacting to the man quickly hiding in his car after noticing the camera.

According to the Atlanta Black Star, the incident occurred on a Murfreesboro roadway, where the man — seated in a white car — repeatedly directed racial slurs at a Black driver.

Tennessee man confronts Black driver and quickly hides from camera

The viral clip featured a man continuously smiling as he insults another driver, before yelling a racial slur at him.

"Learn how to drive, jackass," the suspect yelled.

Someone heard in the background appeared to challenge the man's use of the slur — apparently pointing out that he himself was white.

"I don’t give a f--- if I’m a white or not, you know where we’re at?" he responded, adding, "We’re in Tennessee. That’s where the KKK originated."

However, the man's smile quickly faded when he noticed a woman had been recording the encounter from the beginning. He then reclined his seat in an attempt to hide from the camera.

"Oh, now you wanna hide," the woman recording him yelled.

The way he quickly hid after spotting the camera made many social media users laugh.

"'Idgaf' proceeds to hide as soon as he notices he’s being recorded. Way to stand on business," one user wrote.

"He dropped outta frame like he was caught cheating at a Coldplay concert," another user commented.

"Now that he knows his face was recorded, his mind will now be fully preoccupied with how this will come back to bite him!! ...actions have consequences, congrats on ruining your future!!" another user said.

A fourth user stated, "Dangerous psychotic human beings. He prolly was hiding from the camera because any other day he’s prolly acting like he’s cool with black ppl." Meanwhile, a fifth X user said the incident was one of the reasons why they left Tennessee.

"We moved out of Murfreesboro in 2010 because it felt like things were heading this way and we didn’t want our children raised around such hate and ignorance. Not surprised at all," they wrote.

Another user voiced similar views.

"Tennessee is the most horrible state in the country. They bring racism right up on the front porch and give it sweet tea."
