63-Year-Old Man Found Stabbed, Dead in Burned-Out Home, Police Said. Months Later, A Suspect Is Behind Bars.

A 63-year-old man was found dead in a burned-out home and now police said they arrested a suspect in his killing.
On Aug. 24, Houston police announced they charged Timothy W. Wallace, 53, with capital murder in connection to the death of David Lind.
Around 6 a.m. on March 1, Houston police responded to a home on Kinglet Street after firefighters found Lind unresponsive inside the home after a fire was extinguished.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators said Lind had been stabbed multiple times before the fire.
Wallace was identified as a suspect and arrested months after the killing. Police did not reveal a motive or how they tied Wallace to the case.
