Indiana father arrested in connection to the death of his 4-year-old son, but police mum on details

A father has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to the death of his 4-year-old son.
Alan D. Morgan, 28, has been charged with murder, neglect of a dependent and cruelty to an animal in connection with the death of Judah Morgan, according to the La Porte County Sheriff's Office.
Around 2:45 a.m. Oct. 11, deputies went to a home in the 3100 block of CR 875 South in La Porte, Indiana, in reference to an unconscious child.

Judah Morgan was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Oct. 12, an autopsy was conducted, and Judah’s death was ruled a homicide, according to police. While investigators have charged Alan Morgan, they have not disclosed how the child died or why they believe his father is responsible.
Alan Morgan was already in custody and remains housed in the La Porte County Jail. He was denied bail.
