An Indiana man has been accused of raping a 14-year-old girl two times after he got her intoxicated on alcohol, police said.
Last October, the Boone County Sheriff’s Office was notified of an alleged assault regarding a female student at Western Boone Junior-Senior High School after she reported the incident to a guidance counselor, WXIN-TV reported.
The girl explained she met Stamper at a friend’s house and that “he gave her weird vibes from the beginning,” court records show.
Stamper knew the friend and contacted her, asking if she and the alleged victim wanted him to bring any alcohol over and saying he would have to wait until his girlfriend at the time fell asleep, according to police.
When he arrived at the friend’s house, he allegedly gave the victim a bottle of apple wine and kept telling her she needed to drink it and asking her if she was drunk and then telling her to have more, police claim.
Later in the evening, Stamper took the girls out to his car and they smoked marijuana together before he allegedly told the victim’s friend to leave so he could get to know the other girl “better,” WXIN-TV reported, citing court documents.
After the friend left, the teenager claimed Stamper raped her in the vehicle and when she went inside to use the bathroom, he left, police said.
However, they were all together the next day at his girlfriend’s house in Thorntown when he again kept giving the teenager alcohol and then took her into a bedroom and allegedly raped her for a second time, police said.
A week after the alleged rapes, court records show that Stamper sent nude pictures of himself to the victim.
On Feb. 10, Stamper’s ex-girlfriend sent a message to investigators that contained a screenshot of a conversation between her and another juvenile witness.

The message read, “Cameron is a weirdo who tries to have sex with Juvenile Victim 2, he tries to bribe her with weed, alcohol, and nicotine to do nasty things to him, and her little friends,” according to WXIN-TV.
Police located Stamper in Lebanon and he denied all the allegations against him.
He was charged with two counts of sexual misconduct of a minor, one count of child solicitation, and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He is scheduled to go to trial in May.
