Correctional Officer Accused Of Having Sex With Juvenile Inmate, Report Says

A correctional officer is accused of having sex with a juvenile inmate and is now on the other side of the bars, according to a report.
This month, the Kansas Department of Corrections announced the arrest of Catherine Michelle Dutcher, 24, in connection to the case. She was booked into Shawnee County Department of corrections jail.
She is a former correctional officer, according to WIBW. She was fired the same day she was arrested.
Her initial bond was set at $10,000, according to WIBW.
Dutcher started to work in August. But police did not say the age of the victim or where the alleged act happened.
Authorities charged her with sexual relations - a department of corrections employee with a juvenile corrections inmate 16 or older.
