Shocking Arrest: Kentucky Father Accused Of Using Electric Cattle Prod To Discipline His Two Young Children

A father in Kentucky has been arrested after he allegedly shocked his children with an electric cattle prod to punish them, according to authorities.

On March 31, deputies obtained two complaint warrants for the arrest of Anthony Jones, 32, in the town of London, the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office stated.

During the investigation, officers learned Jones allegedly “used an electric cattle prod multiple times on two children for discipline.”

Jones was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal abuse of a child 12 or under and third-degree criminal abuse, officials said.

He was booked into the Laurel County Correctional Center and remains held on $5,000 bond.

Jones is scheduled to appear in court again on May 2, according to authorities.
