A man accused of killing his daughter is behind bars after weeks on the run, according to police and reports.
Last week, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office in Kentucky announced the arrest of Damian Renard Bowden, 49. He had been wanted since Sept. 9 in connection to the killing of Daquanna Bowden.
Damian Bowden was arrested in Nashville, officials said.
On Sept. 9, Daquanna Bowden was found dead at her father’s apartment, according to WKNY.
Officials were called for a welfare check and found the victim in an apartment, according to the report. Officials did not say how the victim died or release a possible motive in the case.
Damian Bowden now faces several charges, including murder and abuse of a corpse.
