Taylor Prigmore allegedly posted a series of threatening comments on YouTube against Donald Trump and ICE.

According to court documents, Prigmore promoted violence against federal officials in one of his early posts by writing, “Buy a gun. **** ICE agents. Not a joke. Not a game. I’ll **** any cops that show up to my house. I’ll **** as many as possible and then **** myself.”

In another comment, he wished death upon Donald Trump and penned, “Our presidents need to die to save lives.” One comment, dated January 16, 2026, targeted MAGA supporters and read, “I can’t wait for the civil war. I’m hungry kill kill you MAGA f***.”

Authorities said that he also posted that he was preparing “physically and mentally to kill federal agents.” Another comment allegedly written by Prigmore said, “I really tired of dumb f*** pretending he'll obey the courts. What is the 2nd amendment for? Ending MAGA." After Google flagged the comments to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), agents went to his home and arrested him on January 19.

Prigmore will be arraigned on February 26. If convicted, he will face up up to 100 years in prison and a fine of up up to $2.25 million. The case is being investigated by the FBI Oklahoma City Field Office’s Joint Terrorism Task Force with support from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Department of Homeland Security.

Following Prigmore’s arrest, FBI director Kash Patel said, “This individual allegedly made statements that he would kill ICE agents and others. If you threaten to harm law enforcement officers, the FBI and our partners will find you and hold you accountable.
