Woman shot and killed in Riverwalk Casino parking garage, husband accused of murder

A Mississippi man fatally shot his wife in the hotel parking garage of a casino, police said.
Vicksburg Police officers responded to the Riverwalk Casino for a reported shooting around 7 a.m. on Nov. 20. Police found Oceanna Lee-Hubbard, 28, lying in the parking garage suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, according to WLBT 3 News.
The victim’s husband, Cedrick L. Hubbard Jr., 26, was charged with murder and was taken into custody in Clinton, Mississippi, shortly before noon on Nov. 20.

Hubbard allegedly waited at the casino for his wife to get off from her work shift, and the two reportedly had a domestic dispute, ending with Hubbard allegedly shooting Lee-Hubbard in the back five times as she entered the elevator, according to the Vicksburg News.
He was arrested without further incident and was ordered held without bond until he makes his initial appearance in Vicksburg Municipal Court, according to The Vicksburg Post.
