On Feb. 27, a fight broke out between the suspect, 23-year-old Deshawn Thomas, and the victim, identified as David Saldana, near a Shell gas station in St. Louis, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.
A witness caught the incident on camera and shared it on Twitter. Several tweets with the video have been taken down because of its graphic nature, but it appears to show the suspected gunman struggling to load a firearm as he stands behind Saldana.
The alleged shooter talks to someone on his cell phone as he loads the gun, the video shows. He then appears to shoot Saldana one time in the head.
According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the video cuts off after the video narrator is heard saying, “He just f***ing killed him!”

Thomas was arrested without incident and police said they found a gun and bullet casing in his possession.
He was charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action, according to officials.
