Between 7:04 and 7:40 p.m. on April 10, Campbell is accused of hitting someone with a shovel after they tried to clean up trash he threw in the street. Two people attempted to stop Campbell, but he allegedly threatened them, KOLR-TV reported.

Campbell and one of the victims got into a physical altercation, and Campbell punched the victim in the head, authorities said.

KOLR-TV reported that Campbell allegedly tossed trail mix in the road and swung a pickax at this victim. He reportedly had a machete and a pitchfork with him also.

Later that night, between 9:26 and 11:07 p.m., a second victim was helping a friend pick up some personal items at the same spot the earlier incident took place, authorities said.
