A 38-year-old Arizona woman, Andrea Clarice Davis, allegedly shot her two children in the incident.
Andrea Clarice Davis shot at her husband and a woman before killing her two children.
According to authorities, before Davis shot her children, she allegedly drove up to Tailgaters Sports Bar and Grill in Glendale just after midnight on May 24. After arriving at the bar, Davis allegedly shot at her husband, Nolan Davis, with whom she had been in a relationship for 12 years, and a 36-year-old woman who was with him. Nolan Davis and the woman were outside the bar when Davis opened fire, according to reports from AZ Family.
The other woman who was shot has not been identified. She was shot in the back of the head while getting into a car to flee the scene, according to Glendale Police Officer Jose Santiago. She has been hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries and is expected to recover.
Authorities have not confirmed the relationship between Nolan Davis and the woman who was shot. “Right now, we know that they knew each other, however, we don’t know how they knew each other. That is all part of the investigation right now. We do know that they were familiar with each other and they were in some type of relationship. How familiar and what type of relationship we don’t know,” Santiago said.

Glendale police responded to a call near Tailgaters Sports Bar and Grill, located at 61st Avenue and Bell Road, just after midnight on May 24. Nolan Davis made a 911 call to report the incident. He told police that his wife drove up to the bar, fired multiple shots, and fled in a grey SUV.
After shooting at her husband and the woman, Davis drove home and texted Nolan Davis that she was going to hurt their children. She then sent him an image of one of the children bleeding from the head, according to police.
After receiving the message, Nolan Davis alerted officers, who were with him at the bar. The officers then rushed to the couple’s house in Phoenix, which was around two miles away from the bar.
“Because we already knew there was a dire situation, officers forced their way into the house, and that is when they encountered the scene,” Santiago said.
People close to the family said Davis had two children, an 18-month-old and a 10-year-old. According to Davis’ best friend, Amy Bowers, Davis had been struggling with allegations that her husband was cheating on her with a coworker.
Authorities are investigating the bar shooting and the deaths of the children as separate incidents.
