Bianca Maria Parrilla, 29, faces a felony count of child abuse as well as a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, WPLG reported.

According to an arrest report obtained by the station, on the afternoon of Oct. 20, Parrilla was at Thomas Jefferson Middle School in Miami. In two cell phone videos that captured the incident, Padilla allegedly can be heard saying to her 12-year-old son “to get out of the car and fight” the 13-year-old student, police said.

The boys got into a scuffle, and Padilla allegedly is seen on the videos holding the older student by his jacket and punching him multiple times in the face before the fight was broken up, the Miami-Dade Schools Police Department said.

Padilla was taken into custody on Oct. 24 and placed on house arrest.

The two students involved in the fight were both punished, according to a Miami-Dade Schools spokesperson.
