Officers found the bodies during a welfare check at a north side apartment complex on Monday morning. A police department spokesperson said a relative was concerned after not hearing from the family over the weekend.
The names of the victims have not been released. But they’re described as a man in his early 40s, a woman in her late 30s and a girl under the age of 10.

“This appears to be a domestic situation,” officer Jennifer Rodriguez told KSAT-TV. Police are investigating whether the family had a history of domestic violence.
Neighbors reported hearing a scream from the victims’ apartment during the day, but knew nothing more.
