Around 11:45 a.m. on Sept. 3, police said 22-year-old Amber Gates was arguing with 50-year-old Luke Marengo on a street corner.

During the argument, officials said Gates used a broken bottle to cut Marengo.

Marengo was taken to a nearby hospital by paramedics, as Gates attempted to flee from the cops, according to authorities.

However, officers captured her at a nearby corner, police said. Gates was arrested and charged with aggravated second-degree battery, officials said.
