Foul Play: New York Couple Arrested For Shoving Children’s Faces Into Feces, Cops Say

Two New York residents have been arrested after authorities said they shoved two children’s faces into feces as a form of punishment.

On Aug. 9, troopers open an investigation into a possible child abuse incident in the village of Angelica, the New York State Police said.

According to authorities, 26-year-old Ravyn M. Cramer was accused of pushing two children’s faces into feces as a form of punishment.

The children were injured and, after they were treated at a nearby hospital, Child Protective Services was called, police said.

On Aug. 10, New York State police officers arrested Ravyn and 28-year-old Tyler Cramer.

Ravyn was charged with two counts of assault - injuring a person less than 7 years old - and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, officials said.

Tyler was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

The two were arraigned at the Town of Friendship Court and eleased, authorities said. They are scheduled to appear again in court next month.

The ages of the children and their exact relationship to the Cramers was not provided by police.
