67-year-old North Carolina man allegedly stabbed his cousin to death

A 67-year-old man has been arrested after he stabbed his cousin multiple times, killing him, according to a report.
Everrette Martin Jr., 63, was fatally wounded by his cousin, 67-year-old Carl Martin, in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina, home they shared, WXXI 12 reported.
Officers responded to the 3300 block of Cumberland Road to a reported stabbing around 9 p.m. on Feb. 13, according to WXII 12.
Everrette Martin Jr. was found unresponsive inside the home when authorities arrived, and he was pronounced dead at the scene, WXII 12 reported.

Police say the cousins became engaged in an argument inside the home before the situation escalated into a fight, according to WXII 12.
Carl Martin was arrested on Feb. 15 and charged with voluntary manslaughter, WXII 12 reported.
He is currently being held in the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center on $100,000 bond, according to WXII 12.
