North Texas Man Accused in Chilling Child Exploitation Ring, FBI Offers $25,000 Reward

FBI offers reward for man accused of exploiting minors.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 in exchange for information that could lead to the arrest of Austin Jan Sy Yatco. The former North Texas resident is wanted by the FBI for his alleged role in an online network that exploited children.
According to a report by Fox 4 News, Yatco was allegedly a member of "Greggy's Cult," an online network that operated on social media and gaming platforms between 2019 and 2021.
Man Accused Of Exploiting Minors Flees U.S.
The FBI offers a reward for information about Austin Jan Sy Yatco, for his alleged role in an online network that exploited children.
Federal investigators said the online group coerced minors into filming themselves performing s----- acts. Afterwards, the clips were distributed within the network.
"Greggy's Cult" has been likened to another extremist online group known as "764."
According to the FBI, these groups target vulnerable children from around the world using social media platforms. They extort minors into self-harm, animal cruelty, s----- acts, and in some instances even suicide attempts.
Yatco, who has been accused of being part of the group, is wanted for conspiracy to produce, receive, and distribute child p----------. According to the Bureau, his warrant was issued on January 23, 2026, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Investigators Believe The Man Is Now In Philippines
The man is wanted for conspiracy to produce, receive, and distribute objectionable content.
R. Joseph Rothrock, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Dallas Field Office, said, "The FBI continues to prioritize the investigation of predators that threaten the safety of our children."
He added, "We are committed to apprehending Austin Yatco, bringing justice to his victims and preventing future abuse." Investigators now believe that he is currently in the Philippines after fleeing the United States.
According to the FBI, Yatco has ties to Plano, Texas, where he lived before leaving. The investigation is currently being led by the FBI's Dallas Field Office. Yatco will be prosecuted in Brooklyn, New York.

The Bureau has also shared pictures of the man, along with a caption, "S----- Exploitation of Children; Material Involving S----- Exploitation of Minors; Certain Activities Relating to Material Constituting or Containing Child P----------."
