A 68-year-old woman shot her husband of 40 years to death, according to police.
Last week, police in Greece, New York, arrested Skavon Andrews in connection to the killing of her husband, Rawleigh Andrews, 72.
Around 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 20, police responded to a report of a man, later identified as Raleigh Andrews, shot.
When police arrived, they found the victim with a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police also found a rifle used in the crime.
Investigators identified his wife, Skavon Andrews, as the suspect and she was arrested. Though, police have not released a motive in the case.
The two were married for more than 40 years and lived together. Skavon Andrews was charged with second-degree murder.
